[typo] small troubles with tags links

My bad. (Posting always helps finding its own mistakes)

I had added these 2 lines to look for some xmlrpc actions and forgot to 
remove them.
# Default in rails 1.2
map.connect ':controller/:action'
map.connect ':controller/:action/:id.:format'
