[typo] trac email spam

being delivered to you?

(I get them via rss feed.)

Is the typo trac system configured to email this list every time a  
ticket changes state?  If so, could that be changed?  We're getting a  
lot of spam emails from that.  There are other notification options  
in trac, including RSS feeds and email subscriptions.
