[typo] No cache directory error?

Could anyone point me to a solution for this?

I'm trying to start over again using trunk rails and have proceeded as usual (for 2.6.0 and earlier) but when I get to the admin interface and press the "Save My Settings" button, I get the following error:

No such file or directory - ./cache

I've searched for any mention of "./cache" but have so far drawn a blank.
