[typo] Update to 849, sidebars break typo

After further investigation, I think I tracked my problem down to a Ruby
upgrade on my FreeBSD server. A couple of other typo blogs that hadn't
been updated to 849 were having the same issue. I dropped Ruby down to
1.8.2 and the sidebars started working again.
