[typo] Timezones

I really like this -- unfortunately it didn't seem to work when I tried it
with WEBrick. I'm going to give it another go tonight. I did:

1. Kill lighttpd
2. export TZ=UTC (I run bash)
3. Start lighttpd

Does that sound right?
