[typo] Testing LiveController?

Hi all,

I implemented searchable pages and plan on submitting a patch. In  
preparation, I've been writing the appropriate unit and functional  
tests.

In trying to write a functional test for LiveController, I am having  
problems with the controller's use of "request.raw_post". The post  
simulation process requires a hash of parameters and LiveController  
doesn't use parameters.

Should I modify live search to use @params instead of raw_post in  
order to make it testable? Or just skip the test?
