[typo] Again problems with 2.5.x

I'm still not able to use Typo 2.5.5 with Apache2/FastCGI, lighttpd and
WEBrick are working.

The error message is

> Application Errror
> Typo could not be reached

And the production.log does not show anything. Httpd-error is also clean.

Any hints?
