[typo] Problems migrating from 2.0.6 to svn current

I literally deleted my entire old typo directory, and had Lighttpd stopped 
while doing it (no FastCGI processes at all). That's when I checked out the 
latest version, etc.
 Just for kicks, I've restarted Lighttpd twice, still I get the same error 
and the old admin panel...
