[typo] rake stats error with typo 2.5.5

Hi all,

I get the following error when running "rake stats"

D:\work\typo-2.5.5>rake stats
(in D:/work/typo-2.5.5)
rake aborted!
uninitialized constant ConfigManager
./rakefile:24

Any idea why?
