[typo] Hacking for static content

I don't get it... if you use a controller it's not static...

Did you have a look at ticket 127?

The pages are generated as files which apache will return directly (statically).

disclaimer: I'm still working on uncaching paginated pages ("older
posts" links at the bottom).
