[typo] Anyone planning to add these features? (Registration /tagging / emails)

That's probably because Typo is blog software, not forum/BBS software.

I don't see typo and drupal as competitors in any way. They do different
things with different goals. Typo doesn't pretend to be forum or BBS
software.
