[typo] Spam comments

I'm running trunk-revision 800. I just got a comment posted to my blog  
with links to about 30 porn sites. However, I have max_urls set on my  
admin page at 4. How did this comment get through? Is this a known bug, or  
do I need to submit one on trac?

(Does it have anything to do with using Textile as a textfilter?
