[typo] Postgres Issue with Migrate BoolifyContentAllowFoo

Piers, I had to make one last change to the updated version of this 
migrate script; commenting out line 12. I got complaints of:

NoMethodError (undefined method `fieldname' for 
#<ActiveRecord::ConnectionAdapters::PostgreSQLAdapter:0x30847400>):

when that line was in there.

All working fine now though! :)
