[typo] Frustrating Dreamhost/Typo experience

I went ahead and updated to the latest SVN (rev 586) yesterday, and  
it looks like my production.log is error free so far.  I still get an  
occasional "Typo app cannot be reached" error, but it always goes  
away if I retry the same operation.
