[Tourneybot-info] Receive TourneyBot shouts in tells

Some people on this list requested a tell-based notification system of 
new tourneys and other important TourneyBot messages that are usually 
distributed through shouts.

Well this has now been implemented. For details, tell TourneyBot help 
subscribe and also see:

In short, by telling TourneyBot subscribe you will start receiving 
TourneyBot shouts in tells.
