  Hello dear Tioga users,

  I new release of Tioga is out at rubyforge. Not much has happened
since the last release, but this one fixes an installability problem
with gems, and hosts new iterators in Dvector courtesy of Benjamin ter
Kuile.

  The release is available at the usual download location, and will
soon be available as a gem.
