The three that are actively developped are: acroread7(acrobat reader),
evince and kpdf. My favourite is evince, although its rendering of figures
is not that good. Acroread is the best in that aspect, but also starts
very slowly (and only allows one instance per user). I have no experience
with kpdf, but I think it uses the same rendering backend as evince.
