[Tioga-news] Tioga release 1.6 -- Development Status is now "Production/Stable"

Hi,

There is a new Tioga release on RubyForge.  In response to a request  
from Justin Steinfadt, there's now control over which major tick  
marks get a numeric label.  There are details in the Tioga_README file.

We've also taken this opportunity to bump the status of Tioga up to  
"Production/Stable" from "Beta", so now's the time to send in all  
those bug reports and feature requests you've been storing up!
