[Tigerops-community] Dropping the Rubyforge back-end

Soon I will disconnect this mailing list from it's Rubyforge back-end,
depending solely on Google Groups from now on. For anyone following
this list via the Rubyforgemail email address, it will no longer be
valid. You will need to switch to the following:
