[Support-mirrors] hardware question

I want to set up a public gems/files mirror. I'm a system administrator 
at an brazillian federal university department and we already host 
OpenBSD, Debian and CTAN mirrors.
I'm sure we have enough bandwidth to host one more mirror but we have no 
good machine to dedicate to it. I can only spend one p3 600mhz with 
256Mb RAM and 10Gb 10k SCSI disk. Is it sufficient?
