Interesting. You've uncovered a legitimate bug in Sup, but it's a bug
that remains hidden until you have just the right combination of wrong
things.

You have a couple easy workarounds available to you. If you "mv
~/.sup/sources.yaml.bak ~/.sup/sources.yaml", that should fix it. You
could also delete the entire ~/.sup directory, if you feel like starting
afresh.

I've also fixed the bug in git master.
