I can't be the only one wondering who's going to be the first to set
up a wiki somewhere, so we can store and maintain all these little
snippets of wisdom, without trawling through the README, FAQ, and
mailing list.

(Yes, I realize this is essentially me volunteering self for this
purpose, but I just couldn't take it any longer. If anyone else'd
rather...)
