[sup-devel] [issue108] Feature request: Jump to next message and open in thread-view

The attached patch adds the possibility to jump to the next message and
open in one go in thread-view-mode.

I often want to just skim through a thread; I might have been missing
something, but it previously required me to locate the next message hit
enter, then repeat..

Now I can with C-n and C-p jump to the next, have it opened, hit again -
it is closed if it was toggled, and continue through the thread.

Please beware of bad ruby knowledge.
