[Storerb-devel] db model: taxes

Multiple taxes will need to be handled as well. For exemptions, could we
simply handle this with flags on customers and products as to whether to
charge taxes or not?
Also, could basic taxation entries be implemented in a library which would
allow us to implement more complex business logic without having to model it
into a database. I'm not thinking of handling everything there, but the
basics such as feredal, provincial/state taxation, etc that apply to
(almost) everything and change very infrequently. Then this could be
suplimented by additional taxes modeled in the database.
