Hi,

I am new to ruby, and I would like to use Ruby and
Net/Ping, Win32/Open3 under Windows XP Professional.

Can somebody point me how I can install modules in
Ruby?  As per README file, I have to use nmake, but I
do not have compiler. 

Any pointers would be highly appreciated.
