Why do bar graphs start at negative values when I supplied values >=0?

For example:

graph = Scruffy::Graph.new
graph.add(:bar, 'bla', [15,0])
graph.add(:bar, 'lala', [0,15])

The rendered graph's y-axis starts at -2. Is there a way to override the
automated formatting for the y axis?
