I haven't had time or motivation. Recently Ben Follis has expressed
interest in taking over development, so there is the possibility of
updates from him.

Hi,

In rubytorrent, you use a rt_debug function in util.rb. So why don't
use the logger require, with a const in Rubytorrent module ? There are
a particular raison or not ?
