[Rubyinstaller-devel] Best way of installing sqlite3-ruby gem?

Sorry, please excuse my ignorance, when you say build it, how do I do 
that? I have the devkit installed and working, but don't know how to 
build a gem manually... I have to run a rake task presumably?
