Luis....what do we call this version of the DevKit?  DevKit-3.4.5p0?

i wasn't able to capture everything for your json, eventmachine, and rubyinline summaries so you'll need to do some tweaking-o-the-textile-code :(

yes, the textile formatting is a bit of a maintenance nightmare.  when rubyinstaller.org goes live this info really needs to be scraped into a db and separated from the markup.
