[Rubyinstaller-devel] [Fwd: problem installing ri with cygwin]

Good timing, I would probably have been dealing with this one this weekend.
Perhaps we can implement this in the build script as a temporary workaround
that would self-correct once it is no longer necessary.

I will add the additional info to the open bug report we have on this.
