I did a while back, but I didn't bookmark it and forgot where to get it --
and I've been meaning to search for it. Thanks for saving me the time.

I'm not going to have time to do anything with it, but it would be really
good if someone else could try building the installer with this (you'd also
need the Windows Platform SDK, but that is also a free download).
