Ruby 1.9.3 is out, where is RubyGems 1.8.11?

Hello,

I noticed there is no packages for RubyGems 1.8.11 at RubyForge:
http://rubyforge.org/frs/?group_id=126&release_id=46225

But there is the rubygems-update available:

http://rubygems.org/gems/rubygems-update/versions/1.8.11

Would you mind pushing the tgz packages to RubyForge? Or update the
ones in RubyGems.org:
http://rubygems.org/pages/download

This is required for me to upgrade RubyInstaller releases too.
