Afaik is only for 1.9 only.

The funniest thing is that Win32API was used to report a deprecation
warning on p0, but seems now is gone?

Yup, it worked.

Now I need to install the rake gem inside the ruby installation and
not in the shared place :-P

Will keep you posted with the results.
