[Rubygems-developers] New errors crawled in trunk

Hey Guys,

I'm checking latest trunk of the code, and noticed new errors crawled
in that are shown only on Windows:

Those are for MinGW version of Ruby, while mswin (VC6) version only
show the 4 skipped ones.

I saw a lot of activity recently in the repo, but just now catching up.

Any hint?
