I also don't understand what's wrong with webgen (and coincidentally
had someone suggest webby to me this morning).  Webgen is popular,
works fine, and is well-supported by a responsive author (the most
important feature, IMHO).

Me too.  I put in a request to edit on the current site, but never
heard anything back.
