[Rubygems-developers] Error while executing gem

XCode 2.1.  I looked into the Makefile generated by
the configure command but couldn't find any reference
to fschedule-insns2.  I have the following:

CFLAGS = -g -O2 -pipe -fno-common  -DRUBY_EXPORT
