[Rubygems-developers] can't uninstall mswin gem from mac

I installed a mswin32 platform gem on mac (this must have been with an
older version of rubygems, given the other bug I just reported where
this doesn't work).

When I tried to 'gem uninstall' the gem, it did not uninstall it (even
though stdout said it did).  Passing --platform to uninstall didn't
work either.  I had to manually delete the gem/spec/cache/etc.
