[Rubygems-developers] --rdoc option does not have an effect

http://gems.rubyforge.org/gems/BlueCloth-0.0.4.gem

BlueCloth 0.0.4 does not have has_rdoc set to anything, so the spec  
stored in /specifications is lying.
