[Rubygems-developers] Funny values in spec

I have a few version of rake installed as gems, including earlier ones
like 0.3.1. When I do 'gem spec rake', I get this among the output:

  --- !ruby/object:Gem::Specification
  rubygems_version: "0.7"
  name: rake
  version: !ruby/object:Gem::Version
    version: 0.3.1
  date: 2004-07-11 21:21:41.943905 +10:00

Two things strike me:

 * the rubygems_version is "0.7", which the gem can't possibly have
   been built with
 * the date is rather recent, and in my timezone, which don't reflect
   the conditions of the gem's creation

What do you think?
