Better yet, here's a fix. Let you concentrate on releases.
The unit tests still pass, and I get doc
now (I know the tests aren't complete, but it doesn't seem to affect
any other parts of rubygems)
rasputin at lb:gems$ cvs diff lib/rubygems/doc_manager.rb
RCS file: /var/cvs/rubygems/rubygems/lib/rubygems/doc_manager.rb,v
retrieving revision 1.7
diff -r1.7 doc_manager.rb
< @rdoc_args = rdoc_args.split
> @rdoc_args = rdoc_args.nil? ? : rdoc_args.split
rasputin at lb:gems$
And the output:
rasputin at lb:gems$ gem -i copland --gen-rdoc
Attempting local installation of 'copland'
-> Local installation can't proceed: Unknown gem file 'copland'
Attempting remote installation of 'copland'
Successfully installed copland version 0.3.0
Installing RDoc documentation for copland-0.3.0...
