[Rubygems-developers] Specifying a platform

It makes sense to me that the RUBY platform would be nil.  Should be
go with that?

Agreed.  Is it a platform in the sense we mean in gems, though?

Do we want to encourage people to expliticly specify the Ruby platform
in their specs?

Are we going to have Perl and Python gems? :)
