Guys,

Just picking nits here, but in the comment for Cache#initialize (in
cache.rb) the "specifications" argument is documented as:

    specifications:: [Array] array of Gem::Specification objects

This is no longer true; it should read something like:

    specifications:: [Hash] hash of [Gem name, Gem::Specification] pairs
