Yep, I have experienced the same thing.  Very frustrating.  I've been  
meaning to question the YAZ mailinglist about it, but haven't had the  
time yet.

I actually mention this as a problem in my installation guides for Kete:

Urgh, I just noticed that TinyMCE has hosed my code formatting! Sorry  
about that.  Another piece of third party code to monkey with.
