Hi,
As you probably know, Funcom didn't really approve the creation of car 
gens because of the data shipped with them. Neither do I know the 
situation now that Funcom doesn't hold the rights any longer, nor do I 
know who holds them now or even the situation outside Germany.

My idea regarding this stuff is:

Let's write a quite easy-to-use interface so people can add the data 
themselves, this is stored in xml and we sure can't be blamed for what 
people do with their xml-files ;)
