I did try it with autotest only. The shared examples reloaded with each test run. I did some further investigation and sent an email to the dev mailing list with my findings and a possible solution. problem

autotest
configuration,
not
with<br>spec_server.
Try
it
without
spec
server
to
verify
that
is
correct.<br><br>If
it's
that
autotest
isn't
loading
them,
you
just
need
to
add
a<br>mapping
in
.autotest.
