[rspec-users] RSpec fails testing on ActiveRecord

You'll need to create a test database in postgres, and then modify your
database.yml file to reference it.



# PostgreSQL 8.4
development:
  adapter: postgresql
  encoding: unicode
  database: ODQ_APP
  pool: 5
test:
  adapter: postgresql
  encoding: unicode
  database: ODQ_APP_TEST
  pool: 5
