I've followed the instructions to install the dev environment, when I
run rake install I get this for the rspec-rails:
cp ./templates/Gemfile ./tmp/example_app/
rake rails:template LOCATION='../../templates/generate_stuff.rb'
generate controller wombats index
generate controller welcome index
generate integration_test widgets
generate mailer Notifications signup
generate model thing name:string
generate helper things
generate scaffold widget name:string category:string
generate observer widget
generate scaffold gadget
run rake db:migrate from "."
run rake db:test:prepare from "."
Gems/1.8/gems/cucumber-0.8.3/bin/cucumber" --format progress

You have already activated rspec-expectations 2.0.0.beta.13, but your
Gemfile requires rspec-expectations 2.0.0.beta.16. Consider using
bundle exec. (Gem::LoadError)
Any ideas on how to fix this?
