[rspec-users] When spec/test/unit is used then TestUnit Console Runner.run TestCase does not run testcases

Others have written custom runners before. It's not really optimized
for that but it's doable.

You may want to take a look at micronaut, which I believe is rspec and
test/unit compatible and hackable.
