[rspec-users] Problems installing the rspec and rspec-rails gems

I just trying to use cucumber in a rails project following the RSpec book
from Pragmatic Programmers, but I am seeing the same error.
The --no-rdoc didn't worked.
Don't know where else to look for a solution. Any ideas on this one?
