[rspec-users] Windows rspec "gem install win32console"

ok, ive made a bit of progress now.

If i open a command window and do a spec spec/models --colour this works
correctly and gives me my coloured output.

If i use rake and add the coloured to the spec.opts file i still get the
"gem install win32console error"

Everything else is working fine now, suppose i can do without the colour for
the rake tasks but it would be nice.
